With Who's your daddy, either the dad wins by stopping the baby dying, or the baby wins by finding a way to die successfully. The baby may search drawers, fall into things and even crawl into the over, and it is the dad's job to secure dangerous objects and follow the baby around to hopefully undermine its death wish antics. However, Who's your daddy has fast gameplay as one player rushes towards death while the other tries to save the baby from death. The character models are also rather lackluster.
